Self Exclusion

Purpose and Scope

The Self-Exclusion Policy (the Policy) provides a formal mechanism for a user to pause or permanently suspend participation in Nx888 products and services. The Policy applies to all Nx888 user accounts and governs self-imposed restrictions across the Nx888 platform.

Definitions

• Self-Exclusion: A deliberate, time-limited or extended period during which a user’s access to Nx888 products is blocked and no deposits, wagers or withdrawals are permitted.
• Time-Out: A short-term break from playing with immediate effect and a shorter duration than Self-Exclusion.
• Exclusion Period: The fixed duration selected by the user for Self-Exclusion or Time-Out, during which access to Nx888 services is restricted.
• Account: The user’s Nx888 account to which the Self-Exclusion applies.

Initiating Self-Exclusion

Users may initiate Self-Exclusion via the on-site account controls or by contacting Nx888 Support. Upon initiation, the following applies:

• The user selects an Exclusion Period from the fixed set displayed in the account. The chosen period is non-variable and cannot be amended once confirmed.
• An initial cooling-off period of 24 hours applies from confirmation, during which the account restrictions are progressively enforced and no gambling activity is permitted.
• During the Exclusion Period, deposits, wagers and withdrawals are prohibited and access to Nx888 products is blocked for the duration of the period.

Exclusion Periods and Extensions

Nx888 provides a predefined range of Exclusion Periods. The available options are viewable in the user account. Periods are fixed and cannot be altered once activated. At the user’s request, the Exclusion may be extended for additional periods; extensions are discretionary and must be requested in writing or via electronic communication to Nx888 Support. If approved, the extension will commence at the expiry of the current period and will remain binding for the extended duration.

Effects on Access and Transactions

During an active Self-Exclusion, the user’s Nx888 account remains disabled for gambling participation. Deposits, wagers and withdrawals are prohibited. Promotional materials will not be targeted to the excluded user. Reactivation occurs automatically at the end of the Exclusion Period unless an extension or revocation is in effect.

Reactivation and Revocation

The Self-Exclusion ends automatically at the conclusion of the Exclusion Period. A user may request revocation or modification by submitting a written or electronic notice to Nx888. The Company will consider such requests in its absolute discretion and may refuse. If no revocation is received within the applicable timeframe, the Self-Exclusion will lapse and the account will be reactivated accordingly.

Financial Protection and Spending Limits

Users may impose personal spending limits or time-based controls via the My Account area. If a user exceeds a self-imposed limit, further actions related to that limit will be restricted. Before initiating Self-Exclusion, ensure any outstanding withdrawals or cashouts are completed. A request to revoke a limit or exclusion requires written or electronic notice and is subject to Nx888’s discretion.

Marketing, Communications and Compliance

Nx888 will take reasonable steps to avoid sending promotional materials to self-excluded users. The Self-Exclusion process supports Nx888’s obligations under applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming rules. Nx888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate Self-Exclusion where required by law or material non-compliance by the user.

Data, Privacy and Compliance

Nx888 will record Self-Exclusion actions and process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable KYC/AML requirements. The user acknowledges that attempts to circumvent Self-Exclusion by creating new accounts or altering registration details may be investigated and may result in ongoing restrictions or account termination.
