Sports Betting Rules

Scope, Definitions and Eligibility

Nx888 offers sports betting on events and markets presented on the platform. The rules apply to all bets placed by a bettor who has an active account and is eligible to gamble under applicable law. A bet is accepted only when the bettor’s stake is entered, confirmed and deducted from the bettor’s balance, and the bet is recorded on the server with an online confirmation.

Bets, Markets, and Limits

1) The operator accepts bets on events from the line published for each event. The user may place a bet on a single outcome, a combination of outcomes (an accumulator), or a system bet comprised of a set of outcomes. 2) For each event, the operator sets a minimum bet and a maximum bet; the maximum may vary by sport and event. 3) If an express (accumulator) contains events with different maximums, the effective maximum is the lowest maximum among the events in the bet. 4) The maximum win per bet is 5,000,000 in the bettor’s account currency, subject to applicable limitations on a per-bet basis. 5) The operator reserves the right to limit or adjust the maximum bet, odds, or other restrictions on a particular bettor without notice or explanation.

Single, Express and System Bets

• Single bet: a bet on one outcome of a single event. Winnings equal stake multiplied by the listed odds for that outcome.
• Express (parlay): a bet on multiple independent outcomes. Winnings equal the stake multiplied by the odds of all included outcomes. A loss on any leg results in a loss of the entire express.
• System: a bet on a fixed set of combinations from a preselected number of events. The maximum number of options in a system is 184,756 and the maximum events in a system is 20. Winnings equal the sum of winnings across all included express bets. Only one dependent outcome may be included in an express. If two or more dependent events are included in one system, the lowest-odds events may be excluded.

Live (In-Play) Betting

Live bets may be placed during an event on main and additional outcomes. Acceptance occurs upon server registration and online confirmation, and the accepted odds are fixed at the moment of acceptance. Live bets are not edited or deleted except for special circumstances described in the rules. If a predetermined circumstance applies, the bet may be settled with odds of 1.0. The operator is not responsible for inaccuracies in live results; bettors should consult independent sources for current information.

Settlement, Cancellations and Corrections

Bets are settled based on the official result or, if applicable, the governing competition’s official statistics. If a bet is found to be invalid due to late placement (not a live bet) or other disqualifying circumstances, a refund is issued on the affected bet. If a bet is incorrectly calculated or settled, the operator will recalculate and adjust winnings accordingly. If after recalculation the bettor’s balance is negative, bets may not be placed until the balance is replenished.

Event Status: Postponements, Cancellations, and Abandonments

If a match or event is postponed or rescheduled beyond a defined window (typical reference is 48 hours for line bets), all unsettled bets on that event may be void or held in abeyance at the operator’s option. For live bets, if an event is interrupted and not resumed within five hours (or within the narrower period specified for the sport), bets on affected markets may be settled with odds of 1.0, unless the result has already been determined. If an event is not completed or is declared invalid, undecided market outcomes will be void unless otherwise stated in the rules for a specific market.

Market Rules by Sport and Event Rules

The following sport-specific settlement principles apply toNx888 as a baseline. The operator may supplement these rules with sport-specific provisions published at the time of the event.

• Football (Soccer): Settlements are based on the 90 minutes of standard play plus injury time. Extra time, golden goals, and penalty shootouts are not counted unless explicitly stated. In cases of cancellation or postponement, bets void unless the event is resumed within the defined window. Cards and disciplinary outcomes are settled based on the official time of play. The rule of “first goalscorer” excludes own goals for settlement purposes unless stated otherwise. In dead heats or multiple winners, adjustments follow standard dead heat rules.
• Tennis: Bets are settled based on the match’s official result. If a player withdraws or is disqualified before the match starts, affected bets on that player are void. If a match is shortened or reformatted (e.g., best of 5 played as best of 3), bets may be void unless outcomes are already decided.
• Horse Racing: Doubles concession applies where applicable; First Past the Post and official results govern settlement. If a result changes after the weigh-in due to a stewards’ inquiry, settlement follows the weighed-in result unless otherwise stated in the concession terms.

Other Sports and Event Types

Settlement rules for other sports follow the same principle: use the official result and applicable governing body statistics. If the event is interrupted, postponed, or altered in a way that prevents official outcome determination, settlements may be void or adjusted in accordance with the operator’s discretion and the event’s published rules.

Disputes, Data Sources and Verification

In the event of conflicting information from sources, the operator may settle bets according to official competition data, or rely on independent statistics when official data is unavailable or inconsistent. The operator reserves the right to suspend payout pending verification and to void or adjust bets where data is found to be erroneous.

Responsible Gaming and Compliance

Bettors must be of legal age and comply with all applicable laws. The operator employs verification measures in its KYC/AML program and reserves the right to suspend or terminate betting activity in cases of non-compliance or suspected improper activity.
